How Easy Feed Bar System Works

Air is fed into the Ram activating the rear-locking device, simultaneously moving the main piston forward up to 120mm,which compresses the main spring as it travels forward. This causes a deceleration effect. When the forward motion is complete (out to stop).
The air to the ram is disconnected causing the front locking device to become activated. The rear-locking device is now deactivated resulting in the main body of the ram returning forward to the new start position. The Ram will retain its position, holding the bar until it is required to operate.

The main tube has been specially produced, in order to expose the ram, to allow it to be viewed in operation.

Typical example of shaped parts produced by the Easy Feed bar system, without the necessity for extra setting and liners. The 1metre system is capable of operating from 6mm to 200mm.
